Tao is currently a Software Engineer at QTFT and the founder of EVO: Lifestyle Planner. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Khon Kaen University, Thailand. With a strong background in scientific research and software development, Tao is passionate about building tools that help people grow, stay consistent, and enjoy the journey of self-improvement.

Poy is a dedicated researcher in biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is also a developer at EVO who shares a deep belief in Tao’s mission to make self-improvement fun, consistent, and community-driven. 

Egg is currently a Research Fellow at QTFT, bringing his expertise and passion for artificial intelligence to the EVO. Egg is working to integrate AI agents as virtual coaches, combining intelligent guidance with planner content to make self-improvement more effective, engaging, and scalable for everyone.
